In light of the access control at HKU, we highly recommend you to allow yourself enough time to commute and please take note of the following reminders to enter the campus:
- For HKU members, please follow the internal policies and bring your UID.
- For non-HKU members, you will need to bring along the confirmation letter (sent to the email address you used in registration) and your identity document. If you have not received any email from us, please notify us immediately.
- All participants with aforementioned documents can enter the campus via West Gate, East Gate or HKU MTR Station Exit C1.
- To assist your participation, our staff will receive you at West Gate from 13:30 - 13:45 and instruct you to the venue. If you are late or enter through another entrance, and encounter any difficulties, please message us on our Facebook page (fb.com/oxhkscholars).
Participants who have signed up for the Pre-Symposium workshop will receive another email shortly regarding details of the workshop, but we will meet instead at 10:45 at West Gate (the workshop starts at 11:00). The confirmation letter for access control is the same as attached in this email.
