The incumbent Committee of OxHKScholars is convening the Annual General Meeting on 16th August 2022 online. A balloting window will be opened 1 week before the AGM for the General Election.

All full members of OxHKScholars should have received an email regarding the convening of AGM. Details of balloting, including manifestos, will soon be sent to members via the same email address. You will also have the chance to consult the candidates during the AGM (see the agenda) before the balloting window closes.
If you are a full member of OxHKScholars but have not received any email regarding the AGM, please email the Committee at oxhk.scholars@studentclubs.ox.ac.uk immediately.
